How to return or exchange your purchased goods

According to the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, position 827) Art. 27, within 14 days of the delivery of the ordered goods, the consumer has the right to return them without giving reasons for withdrawal, according to the general rules deriving from the provisions on distance contracts. The right indicated in this paragraph applies to consumer sales, that is only to the sale to a natural person who makes a purchase that is unrelated to a professional or business activity. Returns in this mode will be accepted only if it is fully returned and the product and accessories will be undamaged and will not show any evidence of use other than in the purpose of checking the product.
Exceptions are goods that are delivered in sealed packages.
To keep a withdrawal date, you only need to send us an information concerning your use of the right of withdrawal prior to the expiration of the withdrawal period.
In the event of withdrawal, the cost of delivery of the returned goods shall be borne by the Customer.
